Thrapston Charter Fair

Thrapston Charter Fair 2025 will take place on

Saturday 28th June 2025 from 2.00pm until 6.00pm.

The Charter Fair will be situated in Thrapston High Street, Oundle Road and Huntingdon Road. Pitches will be allocated by the Charter Fair Committee.

Stall holder fees per pitch:-

Food and drink: £100
Local businesses and craft stalls £50
Charity and Local groups £20

Each pitch is 3m x 3m and will be clearly marked. Stallholders should provide their own tables, chairs and gazebo if required. We are not in a position to provide electricity to the stalls. We recommend you have a sturdy shelter as good weather cannot be relied upon and the Charter Fair will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.

By submitting the completed and signed booking form with payment and any relevant forms you have will have reserved your stall for this year’s Charter Fair. You will receive confirmation of your booking by return. Full stallholder information can be viewed here.
